Your Card could be declined for a number of reasons:
1. Your card has insufficient balance.
2. Your pin/postal code was incorrect.
3. The bank flagged or declined the transaction for some reason.
Here's how you can fix that and complete the payment:
1. Try completing the payment through another card.
2. Try submitting payment again using the same card (If you do not currently have another card)
3. Call your bank and ask them to let the payment go through. (Helps if they have declined the transaction due to suspicious activity)
